The Peninsula Open Space Trust has preserved over 80,000 acres of open space in San Mateo, Santa Clara and Santa Cruz counties -- including many of the open spaces you'll be riding through in all 3 of the Epic courses. Giving back to this cause helps ensure that we can continue to protect and preserve the incredible undeveloped spaces throughout the Peninsula and South Bay.

Second Harvest Food Bank of Silicon Valley's mission is to to ensure that anyone who needs a healthy meal can get one. During COVID, the number of meals they distribute has doubled to an average of 500,000 per month. With so many people struggling through this pandemic, Silicon Valley's first socially-distanced gravel race will be giving back to some of the people in our community who need help the most.
